Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders within the UK, with no minimum spend required.

Next Working Day Delivery

We use Royal Mail and DPD to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Smaller orders are typically sent via Royal Mail, while larger items such as guitars and amplifiers are shipped with DPD. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Most orders placed before 11am are delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 11am can typically be expected within two working days.

Please note that deliveries may require a signature, regardless of the parcel's size, so it's worth being available to receive your order.

While we aim for a speedy delivery, unforeseen circumstances or deliveries to more remote addresses (such as Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and some parts of Scotland) may occasionally cause slight delays. In these cases, you can generally expect your order to arrive within approximately 3 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch.

Additional fees may be charged for rescheduling missed deliveries or repeat delivery attempts.
